The only difference between the iPad Pro (2nd generation) and the iPad Pro (4th generation) is in the screen size and the resolution. The iPad Pro (2nd generation) has a screen size of the 11-inch screen, and the resolution is 2388 x 1668 at 264 PPI, while the resolution for iPad Pro (4th generation) is 2732 x 2048 at 264 PPI.  The price of the Wi-Fi-only model is $799, and the Wi-Fi plus cellular model is $949.

iPad AIR (4th Generation) Specs:

The iPad Air comes with a 10.9 inch True Tone technology. It has an A14 Bionic chip with 64-bit desktop-class architecture and Neural Engine. The rear camera is 12MP Wide (ƒ/1.8 aperture), video recording specs include 4K video recording at 24 fps and Slow-motion video support for 1080p at 120 fps. The front camera is 7MP and is capable of 1080p HD video recording.

The stereo speaker is present, but there is no 3.5mm jack present in the device. The USB is a type C magnetic connector. AIR is packed with a larger, non-removable lithium-ion battery of 7606 mAh, and the battery run-out time is more significant than previous iPads with multimedia use. It is available in 5 colors (Space grey, Rose gold, Silver, Green, and Sky blue).

The price of the iPad AIR (basic model Wi-Fi only) is $599, and the iPad AIR (basic model Wi-Fi plus cellular) is $729.

iPad (8th Generation) Specs:

It has a 10.2″ screen, retina IPS LCD, 1620 x 2160 pixels resolution, Scratch-resistant glass with oleophobic coating. The chassis is aluminum with a glass front. Two variations are available, WIFI only and WIFI with cellular data. The device is packed with 3GB RAM, 32GB, and 128 GB memory storage (prices vary). The iPadOS 14 operating system with an A12 Bionic chipset, Hexa core CPU, and Apple GPU is the basis. It is also smart keyboard compatible.

The back camera is 8MP HDR, and the selfie camera is equipped with 1.2 MP HDR. Fingerprint sensor, gyro, barometer, accelerometer, compass, and voice assistance (Siri) is included in the iPad. Stereo speaker available with 3.5mm audio set jack. Lithium-ion non-removable battery and talk time are up to 9 hrs. A lightning cable is used to charge the battery. The price for the basic Wi-Fi-only model costs $329, and the Wi-Fi plus cellular model costs $459.

iPad Mini (5th Generation) Specs:

The iPad mini comes with an IPS LCD, 7.9″ screen, 1536*2048 pixel resolution, scratch-resistant glass with oleophobic coating. The build quality is as premium as the back, and the frame consists of aluminum with a glass front. It has no memory card slot, comes in 64GB internal storage with 3GB RAM and 256GB internal storage with 3GB RAM. The back camera is 8MP, and the front camera is 7MP.



Stereo speakers present with a 3.5mm audio headset jack. It uses iOS 12.1.3 as the operating system. The device is available in two variants Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi with cellular data (prices vary). It is loaded with a fingerprint sensor, gyro, accelerometer, compass, and barometer. A lithium-ion battery (5124mAh) is present with a talk time of 9 hours. It charges through a lightning connector.

The current price of the basic WIFI-only model of the iPad mini is around $399, and the Wi-Fi plus cellular model is in the market for $529.

Comparison:

Keeping in mind the above technical specifications, the iPad Pro is the most advanced tablet among all the other tablets. The cost of the iPad Pro for the basic model is $200 more than that of the iPad AIR. The iPad Pro outclasses every other iPad because of the large screen and the powerful A12Z Bionic chip processing chip.
