How to Fix Android Studio Emulator Not Launching

Install the Intel’s HAXM from the SDK Manager
  • Launch the SDJ Manager of the Android.
  • Now find the sector Extras.
  • Mark the box by clicking on Intel x86 Emulator Accelerator.
  • Tap on Install Package Switch.
  • Now, please read the Terms & Condition of Intel Corporation License Agreement and accept it.
  • Now, tap on Install. Now the installer will download in the extras directory, which can be found in the SDK directory.
  • Now, you have to run the Install the setup which is located at {SDK_FOLDER}extrasintelHardware_Accelerated_Execution_Managerintelhaxm.exe
  • You have to follow the instruction mentioned on the screen.
Disk Space should be Sufficient
If the methods mentioned above don’t resolve the issue, then you should try to clear some space from the Disk Space because every time the Emulator runs, it checks for sufficient space in the Startup section. If there is less than 2 GB free, then it will not Run on the system.
If the Emulator isn’t opening after multiple times, then you have to check for the used disk space.
Now you have to clean the startup section so that there is at least 2 GB of free space.
Check the Commit Charge’s Current condition
To resolve the issue, you can use the alternative. As an alternative, you can use the method of checking the status of the commit charge.
  • Tap Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
  • Launch Task Manager from the displayed video.
  • Go to the Performance tab.
  • Now, enter Y in the blank space.
If you face any issue, you can use the memory management of other people and another memory compression, which you are currently utilizing. These third-party applications are able to use a big part of the memory, which leads the system more and more close to limit to commit in a very small amount of time.
Update the Graphics Driver by Intel
This Emulator is working on a completely or partially on the GPU installed by Intel. So, you should check if there is any upgrade suitable for your system or any update of the current driver. If there is, then you have to download it from the official site and install it.
