Instagram’s Threads Now Has a Status Tab with Stories Integration

 The Threads on Instagram started as camera-centric to help individuals stay in touch with others. It eventually evolved out to let the users send messages to everyone present on the platform. Instagram – a Facebook-owned company, has recently planned to roll out a newly designed version of Threads. This version will introduce users with a newly added “Status” tab that can be figured out at the bottom of the navigation bar alongside several other changes.

Even though Threads offered users the option to auto-update their statuses alongside setting them, the experience, however, was not coherent from the perspective of an average user on social media.

With the help of the newly introduced Status tab, the user experience has become more straightforward, leading to an increased amount of feature usage.



In addition to the details mentioned above, you can now view both the Instagram Stories and the Threads Statuses without even installing the main Instagram app. Yes, the Threads now lets you do that. The app, according to the user details, prioritizes stories from an individual’s close friends list. It also creates a list of updates from other individuals of your profile, below the prioritized list, in the ‘Everyone Else’ section.

With the help of Instagram Threads, you can now easily update your Instagram Stories. This can be done by capturing an image or choosing a photo directly from your pre-captured list of images with the help of the camera interface. According to one of the well-known journals, this feature initially started to roll out with the expansion to send messages to everyone. However, now this feature is widely available to every Instagram Threads user.
