The Incredibles (2004)

Incredibles 2 is an American animated superhero film by Brad Bird. You have guessed it right – this film is the sequel to The Incredibles (2004) and the second installment of the franchise. It again features the Parr family, who have accepted their calling as superheroes. Their superpowers are, at times, futile in the civilian world. Still, their life takes an exciting turn when the wealthy Deavor siblings of Devtech offer a bold project to rehabilitate the public image and legal status of Supers, with Elastigirl as the lead. Mr. Incredible promises to stay at home and look after the kids while Mrs. Incredible deals with Screenslaver, a new villain.



Inside Out (2015)

Inside Out is a 3D animated comedy movie by Disney that shows the conflicts in one’s mind and changes in emotions through life. Growing up is a road full of challenges, and it’s the same for Riley, who is uprooted from the Midwest when her father joins a new job in San Francisco. Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust, and Sadness that live in Headquarters – a control center inside her mind – where every emotion guides and advises her in her day to day life. But she struggles to adjust to her new life in San Francisco and experiences turmoil inside the Headquarters.

Onward (2020)

Onward is an American animated urban fantasy-adventure film that takes you to the suburban fantasy world where two teenage elf brothers, Ian and Barley Lightfoot, embark on a journey to discover if there is still any magic left that they can use to spend one last day with their father. He died when they were too young to remember his death and time spent with him. They go on a journey filled with cryptic maps, multiple magic spells, make incredible discoveries, and more. They also experience some obstacles on their way. Soon, their mother discovers that they are missing, so she starts a new journey to find her sons. This movie is bound to make you emotional, so keep the box of tissues close while watching Onward.

The Lion King (2019)

The Lion King is an American animated musical drama film set in the jungles of Africa. You will meet Simba – the joy and pride of King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi, his parents. Simba is getting trained to be the next King, but Simba’s uncle, Scar, envies him and wants to earn the throne. In greed to be the next King, Scar makes multiple attempts to kill Simba, but his parents rescue him. But his father gets killed while saving him, and he finds himself responsible for his death. He escapes Scar and grows up in a distant land. Soon, he meets his childhood friend, Nala, who reports that the kingdom has become a wasteland. Now, Simba has to choose if he wants to fight back.
