§  Now, go to the URL section and then type “C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe,” followed by the Enter key there. This action helps you to launch the ODBC source file that works compatible with 64 bit.
§  If you are using a 32-bit source file, you have to type “C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe” into the navigation pane of your directory.
Opening ODBC Data Sources by Creating the Shortcut Key
§  In the beginning, launch File Explorer and navigate to the directory: “C:\Windows\System32.” Then hit the Enter button there.
§  Once you have reached the next page, hit the Ctrl key and F tab to get the search function activated.
§  Now, enter “odbcad32” into the search bar, followed by the Enter key.
§  After a while, the search result will expand on your screen, and you have to apply right mouse click on the file related to “odbcad32.exe” and then select the option “Send to.”
§  Then, press the Desktop tab that is related to creating a shortcut.
Using PowerShell to Start ODBC Data Source
§  First and foremost, tap Window and X keys.
§  Then, a panel will launch, and you have to choose the Windows PowerShell option there.
§  Type “odbcad32.exe” into the search bar after the blinking cursor appears.
§  Tap enter to proceed.
