Fixed: Windows 10 Won’t Boot Error

Troubleshooting Issue by Booting under Safe Mode
  • First and foremost, hit the Start tab.
  • Then, press cog shaped icon resembling Settings to launch.
  • After that, hit the Security and Updates option there.
  • Next, press the Recovery tab.
  • Now, hit on the Advanced Startup button.
  • Tap on the button Restart Now.
  • Choose the option “Troubleshoot” by navigating the display related to selecting an Option.
  • Then, hi the Advanced tab.
  • After that, go to the section Startup Settings.
  • Then, hit the tab “Restart.”
  • When the device reboots, you will view a complete listing of options.
  • Select the button F4 or normally 4 to boot the machine under Safe Mode.
  • One of the quickest ways to run the device in safe mode is to reboot the machine once and after that, pursue these guidelines:
  • Navigate the Choose an options tab and hit the section available there related to troubleshooting.
  • After that, go to the Advanced option and hit on it.
  • Then, tap on the Startup Settings tab and reboot the device once more.
  • Once the system reboots, a complete listing will expand on your device’s screen.
  • Select the tab F4 or 4 on your keyboard to run your device under safe mode.
Note: Restarting the device under safe mode runs the machine with only necessary file by shutting down all the unessential tasks. Check the status of safe mode while running in the same state, at the edges of your desktop. Check that the issue still persists even under the safe mode and if yes, then it means the device’s driver and default settings are not collaborating and communicating with the system files.

Getting out of the Safe Mode
  • In case you wish to exit from the Safe mode, then pursue these instructions:
  • At the start, tap on the Start tab.
  • After that, hit the Run button.
  • Then, insert the keywords: “MSConfig” into the provided section and hit the Enter key to proceed.
  • Now, press the option Boot.
  • Next, unmark the Safe Boot box.
  • Reboot the device.
  • If the issue didn’t solve, proceed with the next procedure.
Resetting the Device
  • First and foremost, hit the tab “Start.”
  • After that, press the Settings option.
  • Then. go to Security and Update option and hit on it.
  • Press the button “Recovery.”
  • Navigate to the option available for Resetting the device and hit the option “Get Started.”
  • Tap on the Keep my Files tab.
Note: This operation will delete all the applications and file stored on your device except the pre-installed.
Using System Restore Feature
  • In the beginning, hit the tab “Start.”
  • Navigate to the search button and then hit the System Restore option there.
  • After that, tap on Create Restore Point option from the provided listing on your desktop screen.
  • Type the passcode related to admin accounts or permit permissions if asked to do so.
  • Go to the System Properties prompt box and hit the System option there.
  • Tap on Next and press on the System Restore Point created earlier.
  • Hit the Next.
  • Finally, press the Finish button.
